Object Colours on forms

I'm using Access 2003 but creating databases in Access 2000 format. Can
anyone tell me why, when I import forms originally created in Access 2000
into a new database the object colours i.e. command buttons, tab controls,
change to white rather than the same colour as the form - it looks horrible
and I can't find a way to change it. Also any new objects that I create are
the same. Thanks for any help

Hi Sheila,

I rarely use command buttons or tab controls anymore so I can't test
this, but you might try:

Tools, Options, Forms/Reports tab
--> uncheck Use Windows Themed Controls on Forms
