Outlook shoudl let me send the same e-mail repetitively but as a single
e-mail to each person. I realize BCC can serve this function, but it has
become understood that BCC has limitations from a security standpoint that is
there are ways to find out who is in that BCC list. The purpose is mainly to
use Outlook as a contact manager to send out for example investor newsletters
to our investors without the other investors knowing who the others are for
privacy and security reasons. i have heard of software called BackStop, but
I imagine this would be a great add-in for Outlook.
