O.L. shld let me send same e-mail repetitively but as sgl email

Outlook shoudl let me send the same e-mail repetitively but as a single
e-mail to each person. I realize BCC can serve this function, but it has
become understood that BCC has limitations from a security standpoint that is
there are ways to find out who is in that BCC list. The purpose is mainly to
use Outlook as a contact manager to send out for example investor newsletters
to our investors without the other investors knowing who the others are for
privacy and security reasons. i have heard of software called BackStop, but
I imagine this would be a great add-in for Outlook.

I haven't heard of anyway to disclose the BCC recipients from an email since
that data isn't sent along with mail items

One of the IT people at my old office said that there is in fact away to get
at it. I'm not sure how, but he claimed there was one. So from my
perspective that is I want to be on the safe side, I plan on only using it if
I don't think it could create issues later on.
