O Charts in 2000

Is there any method of setting an absolute font size in office 2000
Organisational chart?

I can find a switch anywhere - It rescales the font according to chart
size - grrrrrrr
 
You may benefit from turning off 'auto-formatting.

Tools | AutoCorrect Options ... | {tab} Auto-format as you type |
{un-check}Automatic format for inserted objects

thanx but this is for pp 2000

it doesn't have "Automatic format for inserted objects"
