Nyko Air Flo PC doesnt work

I just bought it. Plugged it in. The little message sed
HID device found, then another sed device had an error or
somthin and will not work. It doesnt show up in control
panel-game controllers. dont know what to do
 
Have you installed the drivers? It should have included a disk with it; if
not check the manufacturer's web site to see if you can download them there.
