I have a NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 and am trying to use Aero Glass. I does not
work at all when I try to turn it on in the color scheme. What do I have to
do to turn this on?

I am also unable to find out how how to use Flip 3D and Windows Flip. If
someone could help me with that, it would be great.

Unfortunately, it seems your card is not supported. The minimum requirements
is a WDDM enabled card with support for Direct X 9, 64-MBs of VRAM. Windows
Flip/Flip 3d is a feature of the Windows Aero Glass experience.
