nvidia wdm tv/audio crossbar

I bought a new computer with athalon 2600. The above
listed driver will not install. Screen pops up that says
this could disable or slow down the computer operation.
Any ideas
 
Did you buy a new computer without a monitor? Why do you want to iinstall the
nvidia driver? Is the driver XP compatible?
Did you check the nvidia site? You give no information.
