nVIDIA remote control problem

Hi

I just got a new PC, and can't get my TV/video card's
remote control to work. I keep getting an error message
that "nvarem.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close". I'm on Windows XP Home edition, and the card is
nVIDIA's GeForce FX 5200. I've reinstalled the drivers a
couple of times. No improvement. Any ideas?

Have you tried to install the newest verion of the video card / personal
cinema driver available on www.nvidia.com?

delete file "Nvgpio.dll" from the folder C:\Windows\System 32.
