What exactly is the "next display functions"? Is the an Excel feature or
nView? If nView you should check with the company that makes nView.
In the nView Desktop Manager (v120.02), you can setup hot keys for various
functions. I have hot keys setup to load profiles so that when I re-dock the
tablet I can get the screens right with a button press (I have portrait
orientation for the tablet in the dock and landscape for a 19" LCD).
You can use the same functionality to move a window between displays. Under
the Hot Keys Tab; select 'Move window to next display' from the 'Windows and
Applications' parent, then allocate hot keys to the function. I used
Alt+`(tilde), as this is just above the Alt+TAB and perfroms a similar,
related function.

Keep in mind that this is a known nView problem, it's not an Excel issue.
