That is what I thought I was finally able to run Vista Upgrade. It says that
my graphics card does not support Pixel Shader 2.0 but nvidia clearly states
that is does. Here is an excerpt from nvidia.

So it has to be the lack of a vista driver. I sure do hope that they get
them taken soon. Thanks
