Nvidia Go 7400 drivers

hi. i used to download this driver using windows update. yesterday i format
my computer and done the updates but i couldn't find 7400go updates in
windows update section. nvidia's website is not supporting, and the drivers
from sony's website is not giving me the perfomance i need. this is my
computer:

(vid memory is 330mb btw)

anyways, is there a link that i can download the 7400go drivers from
microsoft?
 
i am aware of that drivers and as i said, those drivers arent giving the
performance i need. so i need the update from microsoft. is there a link that
i can download that drivers?

by the way, i can't remember the drivers version ( too bad i didin't take a
shot of it )
 
The drivers available from MS are written by nVidia. The nVidia driver is
all there is.
