nvidia geforce4 mx 440 with agp8x

my cop excedes all of the specs for windows vista iwith the exception of the
video card it is a nvidia geforce4 mx 440 with agp8x how will this affect the
way windows vista runs thank you
 
Aero Glass won't work with it but other than that I see no issues on the
computer I have using that card.
