Nvidia Driver Critical Update

I have a Dell running XP pro and get a message that a
critical update for Nvidia needs installed. Unfortunately
this is a 12M update and I'm on dialup. I've searched
Microsoft and can't find an article, or the file to
download (I have access to a high speed connection at
work) can any one help?
 
I have Dell running XP Home and get the same message.
Yet when I tried (3x, no less) to download this huge
update with my dial-up, it would get to 98% and then fail
to complete the download. Whatever answer you get, I
need help with this, too. Dell techs told me not to
worry about this, but Windows apparently thinks it's
critical. Help! How can I download this--or do I need
to?
