NVIDIA and basic display appearance

I'm really not too computer friendly, and NVIDIA was
downloaded in Windows Update, and I decided to play
around. Bad idea, I have screwed up my whole appearance,
icons, colors, font, size, everything. I went back to the
Desktop and tried correcting the problem in Display
Properties and made it worse. How can I get the whole
appearance back to factory defaults?

If someone could help me out, I will never mess around
with this thing again.
