NVidia AGP Filter keeping from upgrading to XP Pro

When I try to upgrade to WindowsXP Pro I keep getting the
error that NVIDIA AGP Filter is not compatible. If
someone can tell me how to fix the compatibility issue so
that I can install XP Pro I'd truly appreciate it.

Don't do an upgrade... do a fresh install (ie, Format during the
installation)
