Does anyone know of a site that I can download a database of food nutritional data (calories, fat, carbs, etc.) in an Excel format? The USDA used to have such a download but I now believe it is not Excel compatible.

Thanks in advance... Bob

Suggest caution if using this information once you get it. IME, the values
depend a lot on portion size and processing method(s). Tables of this sort
that I have seen have been large for this reason. :)

Good luck with getting the data you want.

I found the Excel link on the USDA site.
