I came across a program called EG Diet some time ago and decided to keep it. I
hope that helps you out in some way.

Data Used by DMAK:
-- approximately 6200 (six thousand) foods from USDA, SR15.
-- 31 regular nutrients. These are what is meant by 'nutrients' below.
-- 18 amino acids. Not included in REQ files.
-- 53 fatty acids. Not included in REQ files. Mostly blanks in USDA
database.
