How can I configure my computer to leave Num Lock on with
Windows XP Professional. The BIOS is set to boot with Num
Lock ON. The computer boots with Num Lock on but when
Windows XP loads it removes Num Lock on. This also
happens if the system sleeps and returns.

Try using the tweak from Kelly's Korner
