All,

Is it possible to get the number of opened ASP.NET sessions on the Windows
2000 Advanced Server (and Windows 2003 Advanced Server) without any
programming using the server built-in tools?

Same question but keeping in mind different Application Pools on the same
IIS server?

Thanks,
Just D.

Hi Just,

what do you mean by "opened ASP.NET sessions"? A number of users
online? I think there is only one way to do this without programming
and third party tools - by using Microsoft Log Parser and IIS logs.

Could you recommend a respected third-party tool for IIS
monitoring/troubleshooting? Either IIS 6 or IIS 7, or both would be of
interest.
