number keys on leftside keypad won't work with TS sometimes

We are experiencing a very strange situation, we have a W2K Server running
TS, client computers are W2K professionals and WXP home editions, on some
of our client computers(W2K and WXP), sometimes those number keys on the
leftside keypad won't work after logged on to TS. Those keys are fine
outside TS, and there is nothing wrong with keyboard. The only solution I
found to fix this is to reinstall OS on the client computers, is there any
better solution ?

Any idea ? Thanks a lot

If you upgrade the RDP client version on the client
computers, does that help any?
