number format

I have queries which linked with some ODBC Oracle tables. When I retrieve
some data and manipulate it in the queries and export to excel, I find that
all numeric field cannot sum up. And These fields cannot reformat to number.
Why?

I need help! Please help?

are all fields populated or do you have some null values?
