num lock issue

i have a client with a very frustrating problem:

every now and again the num lock will not work on clients pc running windows 95/98. i tried installing service pack 4 on the server, i did all the windows updates, all of the office updates, and even installed patches from microsoft.

but none of these helped, does anyone have any ideas on how i can get this issue resolved?

luck.

I assume you called Microsoft for the fix and installed
it, right?

Have you also tried to update the RDP client on the client
machines?
