#NUM! Error Message

I have a budget sheet that is linked to a financial forecast sheet, which eventually calculates IRR. Up until now it has worked fine, but now when I enter new data in the budget sheet, it causes the #NUM! error message to appear in the IRR formula cell. I can't figure this one out and would appreciate any help available

The #NUM! error means IRR couldn't find a solution using the starting guess or
its own default if you gave it no starting guess. Try

=IRR(YourRangeHere,-0.9)

Using a starting guess of -0.9 usually fixes this. If it doesn't, how many sign
changes are in your cashflow?
