Hello, I've managed to enable a slightly annoying feature, which I
believe is a standard part of windows, although I've never seen it
before, so I may be wrong.
Whenever I hit the num lock, scroll lock or caps lock keys, I get a
small notification of the fact just above my system tray, telling me
whether or not the feature is enabled. Aside from the fact that it's a
completely useless feature (my keyboard can tell me that), it interferes
with Direct3D and OpenGL games & applications, forcing a momentary pause
where windows pops up behind the app, and then jumps back down again,
each time I press one of the toggle keys on the keyboard.
I have been through the settings of 3rd party driver utils (such as the
ATI Control centre and Razer control centre), and i'm unable to find any
setting which controls such behavior, however, I cannot find any
references to it in windows' control panel either.
A google search mainly threw up links for toggling num lock on and off
using C++, but all I want to do is get rid of the message
Any help would be appreciated.
Best Regards
