Everytime I get a Windows update or security patch or God knows what else I
get a new $NtUninstallKB??????$. These files will eventually fill my
harddrive. My question is: can I delete them or do I have to keep them for
eternity?
Please advise before my drive is so full I'll have no room to read your
answer!

They're safe to remove. They contain the uninstall information for the
fixes and patches that you get from Microsoft. If one of the fixes that
you installed causes problems it can be uninstalled using the
information in these files. Keep them after installing updates and if
after a bit you deem that the fixes haven't had negative effects on the
computer you can just delete them.

Thanks. Kinda thought I could delete them but I wasn't positivly sure. Better
to know for sure than to be saying: "Oh no, I'm in trouble now"!

Just copy the folders to a CD before deleting them. Then if you ever
decide you want to uninstall an update or just want to retrieve an older
copy of a file, all you have to do is copy it back.
