Hi Jay
Those directories contain the Backup Files for Service Pack and Hotfix
installations, in case you ever want to uninstall Hotfixes and/or Service
Packs. Basically, the can be safely deleted, altlhough it's not recommended
with disk space getting cheaper and cheaper those days.
If you are not on really low disk space I don't recommend that you do it. Be
sure to clean all your temp files first and see if you still don't have
enough free space.

Just posted the same question, didn't see yours. Saw
Fabio's answer. What about burning all but your most
recent update $Uninstall folders to a CD; then, delete
from your hard drive? If you ever need them, copy them
back to your hard drive. Dick
