I have several computers networked in my home. I plan up
upgrading two of them to Win2000. However, the others will
stay as Win98 or Win95 machines.
If I set up the Win2K machines using NTSF, will the Win95
and Win98 machines be able to access files stored on the
NTSF drives? Basically I am just talking about being able
to access data files, not programs.

When sharing drives/ files over a network connection, the pc's don't read
each other's file system format. They simply present a list of files for the
other to see and use, hence the pc or operating system's file system format
makes no difference.
