ntoskrnl.exe is missing or corrupt.

I receive this message win I boot windows 2000 pc. I have a 2000 pro disk but
I don't think it's the same one used to install the os. Is there a way to
repair? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the quick reply Dave. I am going to look at each and find the best
solution and will let you know the results.(How did you find all of those
references so quickly)?
