The NTLDR is short for NT Loader, which is a program
loaded from the computer's hard drive that displays the
Windows startup menu and helps Windows load. You may
often see this message at startup about NTLDR is missing
if you leave a non-bootable floppy during bootup. If you
are receiving these messages, I suggest taking a look at
the MS Knowledge Base for a fix.
