NTLDR missing - Windows 2000 Pro

To resolve this problem MS article 320397 said to download
the Bcupdate2 utility. I cannot find it on the Microsoft
site. How do I download this file?

Any time I have to load a file that I can't find at a specific site, I go to webcrawler and put the file name there. So far, I'm at about 85% success there.

Silly question maybe: are you sure there is no floppy left in
the floppy drive?
Leaving a floppy in there and reboot is in 99% in of the cases
the reason for a NTLDR missing error
