NTLDR missing on start up Warning

I have the above warning on start up. The knowledge base
advises install a ''Bcupdate2 utility''
Which I can't find. Any clues please?

open your boot.ini file and make sure it points to the right partition.
This is one of the most frequent cause of this problem.
 
If you're referring to Knowledge Base Article - 320397 then the clues are
under "Resolution" You'll need to contact Microsoft Product Support Services
to obtain the Bcupdate2 utility
