NTLDR is missing

when i updated my system to win2000 it gave me an error
that 'NTLDR is missing Press any key to restart'.
can anyone help me as to what should i do.

This is a known problem if you upgrade to Windows 2000. To resolve it,
please follow the Instructions of this MS KB-Article:
