NTLDR is missing

I tried to download Service Pak2 from MS web page and now
my computer won't start up. Keeps telling me NTLDR is
missing, press ctrl+Alt+del but nothing happens

By any chance do you have a diskette in your A: drive?
If so, remove it and reboot...
