NTL have been having a few upgrade problems with regards to both TV and Broadband in my area of abode, I spoke to an Indian lady last week by telephone [long way to drive]. She was very helpful and told me if the problem persisted to contact CS. Today I did so, result £30.00 refund and £8.00 reduction on all future invoicing.
