NTFS vs FAT for DOS App.

I have an old DOS CAD program that I use everday. I want
to upgrade to WIN2K. Can I partition for both FAT32 and
NFTS, install the DOS program in FAT and everything else
in NTFS? Does this make sense? What is the down side?

You can certainly partition and set partitions as required
I'm not aware of any probs - I ran this way before changing all to NFTS

For msdos you'll need a fat16 system partition.

I run a dos program everyday on my win2k machine.
It is formatted NTFS. It works fine...
