I arrived home this evening to find my computer with a
black screen and the words 'Windows could not start
because the following file is missing or corrupt:
system32/drivers/ntfs.sys'
I found the advice that says to use the Microsoft XP
recovery console, and to type into it cd \windows\system 32
\drivers. Whenever I do this, it says that the drive is
invalid. I know the drive exists, what can I do to fix
this? I cannot get into windows, and I need to do so
quickly.
Thanks,
Ben Lewis
