NTFS security

Hi, I have DOS commando that create and copy some files to c:\data\
After that I have to change the NTFS security and add power users so they
can change files in the c:\data\
Is i dos commando that can do the same?

Please let me know if you have any ide!

Take a look at cacls or xacls. You may need to load the Support Tools from
the install cdrom to find them. --- Steve
