what is the difference between NTFS and fat32? what is ntfs? what is

Based on "what is filesystem", you need to visit your local public
library and read a "Windows for Dummies" book first.
 
Windows XP is limited in that it can not create a FAT32 partition larger
than 32GB, however it can use a partition that is larger than 32GB if
you use a third party software application to create and format the
partition.
