ntfs compatible applications

I'm planning to format my drive with ntfs. I found an ms document
which says "some older programs may not run on an ntfs volume..." Is
there a list of compatible software? Is the only way contacting each
company? This doesn't seem to be common information provided on
websites.

There are very few progs that won't run on NTFS.

Ditto that, I put together a dual boot 98/2k system when upgrading to
win2k and I haven't booted into win98 in about three months now.

I may dump the old win98 installation entirely and reload a smaller
cleaner version just for the oddball game.

(dual boot off bios with two drives)
