I created a DFS file replication structure not as a
standalone, but as active directory. While it was in
production I delete the structure and created a new one,
with a different name.

The problem is in the event log I see an error with
active directory trying to find the links to the previous
structure I deleted.

Please paste in the event log error that you are seeing. Pay special
attention to those in the File Replication Service event log.

Also, when you are saying you deleted the structure, what did you do? Were
you using the DFS GUI (MMC snap-in)? If so, did any error dialogs pop up?
