Nteworking access

Icons for PC's on the network are displayed on two of our computers, however, when accessing info from a third computer a messge box appears 'you might not have permission to use this network' and 'The networkpath was not found' we thought we had setup the third PC corectly. or have we? can someone assist in this, what could turn out to be a simple'fix'
