NTDS error every 12 hours

We are getting the error below every 12 hours on the PDC
and the BDC. Both PDC and BDC are set as global catalog
servers.

Event Source: NTDS General
Event Category: (9)
Event ID: 1168
Date: 7/06/2004
Time: 1:07:02 PM
User: Everyone
Computer: ATLAS
Description:
Error 1(1) has occurred (Internal ID 30d0702). Please
contact Microsoft Product Support Services for assistance.
