Hi,
we have sometimes a broken system-file.
I think this happens during shutdown prozess.

With ntbackup i can make a copy of the registry files with the emergency
option into %windir%\repair

Unfortunatly there i didnt find any commandline parameters to make a
Batchfile which make this backup every day.

I don't know if this can be done from a command line. You can use its
scheduler to do it though.

If you want a command line function to backup the Registry, you could
download my WinTools package from
http://www.mvps.org/ArcaneIncantations/wintools.htm. In that package is a
console program called BackupRegistry which will do put a backup or the
Registry wherever you want it.

I couldn`t schedule the the emergency disk funktion in ntbackup.
(Which includes Backup of registry in recovery folder (%windir%\repair)
