NTBackup disappeared from my CP

I installed NTBackup utility and the shortcut was in the CP/Performance &
Maintenance, but for some reason it has disappeared...anyone know why - any
way to put it back in there?
I still have access through Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools.

Performance & Maintenance in CP? I don't have it in my Control Pannel and
haven't seen it in any others.

In XP Home ntbackup is only there if you physically install it from the
Windows XP disk. I reinstalled it and now it shows as "Back up Data" in
the Perf and Maintenance section.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with something pertaining to this
post? I DO NOT HAVE a Windows XP disk because it was pre-installed on my
computer (E-Machine) when I bought it, and a XP disk was not included with
the package. Therefore I have never been able to create the "BACK UP DATA"
PROGRAM.
I just ordered the Windows XP S/P2 CD (although I already have S/P2
installed on my computer) in hopes that the file will be there for me to
install....but if it isn't, do you have any idea how I can install it without
the CD? I was thinking of using my son's XP CD to load when it asks for it,
but not sure if that is okay to do. Any help that anyone can give me on this
would be greatly appreciated! I have never backed up my system because of
this.
