I'm rying to setup NT4 for testing purposes. I have a large hard drive which
NT4 setup can only creat a partition of 4gb no more. How can I get the full
size to be recognized.

During WinNT's installation, you can't. You create an NTFS partition
of up to 7.8 Gb in size by slaving the hard drive into another WinNT
computer before running Setup.

You just need to do a little light reading on WinNT's hard drive
size limitations.

Hi,

Thanks for posting!

Please note that Windows NT is out of support boundary. Therefore, I would
like to suggest you post this question in the
microsoft.public.windowsnt.setup newsgroup. That newsgroup is primarily for
issues involving Windows NT. We recommend posting appropriately so you will
get the most qualified pool of respondents, and so other partners who
regularly read the newsgroups can either share their knowledge or learn
from your interaction with us.
