I have an NT4 Domain need to upgrade to Win2K3, need help to make sure the procedure below will work

Environment: NT4 PDC, BDC and Exchange 5,
No new server involved. But I need to use original PDC, reformat and use it as W2K3 DC

1. Promot NT4 BDC to NT4 PD
2. Remove NT4 PDC (now BDC
3. Upgrade NT4 to W2K
4. Format old PD
5. Install clean copy of W2K
6. Join the W2K3 domai
7. Promot it to DC

Now, I need to do the same with Exchange 5.5, any suggestion

Thanks,

first:
you upgrade exchange 5.5 to exchange 2003 or upgrade the OS of exchange 5.5 server ?

1. Exchange 5.5 to exchange 2003 : you should add a new server which installed win2k3 & exchg2k3 to exchg5.5 org
---------
2. you just upgrade os to windows 2000 ..

Yes, I also like to do this in different stage
Can I upgrade NT4 PDC to W2k3 DC first and still keep member server NT4 with Exchange 5.5 running?
