I am going to upgrade my NT4 sp6a server to win server 2003. I am running a
hardware RAID 1 configuration. The instructions indicate the I should break
the mirror. Am I right in thinking they are talking about a dynamic
(Software) RAID? I don't see why I should need to take this action. Also I
have a partition for the OS of 4GB, I am going to move the swap file to
another partition before the upgrade. Is 4GB large enough?

Thanks,
Steve

You only need break it for software RAID.

I don't think 4GB is large enough. My DC, with no 3rd party software, already
consumes 5GB. I would configure 9GB or more.
