NT4 Server & Win 2000 wks

I have many win2K workstations & NT4.0 Wks on a NT4 Domain.
I can join the domain but the icon are shaded (Server) and I can't access
the 2k wks......all the NT 4.0 are fine...

What do I have to do to be able to access the win2k ????
