NT4 into AD

Can anyone help please ??

I have a simple AD which has 2 Servers in the same domain
in the same site. I have tried to join an NT server to the
domain with the main admin password, I have a computer
account in the Computers OU, but when I try to manage it,
i get an error message saying access denied. I cannot log
into the domain either from the PC. I get an error message
which says that I either have no computer account in the
domain or that it's password is incorrect.... I have
removed the NT server, and the computer object in Users
and Computers and readded the Server to the domian, but I
still have the same issue.... The 2 DC's are replicating
fine and a DCDIAG /v shows that the PDC emulator and other
FSMOs seem to be functioning fine....

Please help...
