NT4 and Web.Mail.MailMessage

Hi!

Is Web.Mail.MailMessage available on an .net framework installtion on NT4?
If not, what is the alternative to use?

eventhough the documentation states that its only for Win2k and above, If
you see the "Send" method in SmtpMail, it uses CdoNts if its on NT 4
(Reflector is awesome).
So, you should be able use MailMessage + SmtpMail on NT 4.
