Hello,

Does anyone know if is it possible to export
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver\Shares
from NT4 Server and import it in Windows 2000 Server,
thus creating the same shares?

(It is possible between NT4 servers, but is it possible
between a NT4 and Windows 2000 Server?)

Hi Bill,

*PrintMig*
Are you sure about this?

"Do not use this tool to upgrade a Windows NT 4.0-based
printer server to a Windows 2000-based printer server."

*shares/registry*
Do you know where I can find more information about the
format of the entries in the key
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver\Shares
for both NT4 and Windows 2000?

Martijn
